SoFi Stadium.
We supplied one hundred percent of temporary power for the stadium build and for Trailer City, the contractor village that ran it. Three permanent packages followed: the Oculus, the exterior signage, and the water feature at Lake Park.
Temporary power
All temporary power for the stadium construction and for Trailer City, the contractor village that ran the job. Temporary power is the first trade on site and close to the last off it, and every other trade on the job works downstream of what it puts in.
The Oculus
Lighting, power controls and signage for the double sided video ring suspended over the field. It is the piece of the building everyone in the bowl is looking at, and the one with the least tolerance for a fault during an event.
Exterior signage
Power and controls for the entry pylons and the wayfinding across the site. The site signage maintenance contract that followed is still running, which makes this the one package that never really handed over.
Water feature and Lake Park
Lighting and power controls for the cascade at the stadium approach and the Hollywood Park lake around it. Water and power on the same detail is its own discipline, and it is the part of the campus a visitor walks past before they reach the building.
