Field electricians are dispatched through IBEW Local 11. Project management, engineering, estimating, superintendent, and administrative positions are hired directly by G2.0.

Journeymen and apprentices
G2.0 is an IBEW signatory contractor. Journeymen are dispatched to our projects through IBEW Local 11, while individuals entering the trade can pursue apprenticeship opportunities through the union's apprenticeship program.
Health and pension come through the Local 11 trust rather than from us, on the same terms as every other signatory contractor in the area.

Through an ESOPG2.0 is employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). That means eligible employees have the opportunity to build an ownership interest in the company as G2.0 grows.
