Leo Schilz founded AMCO Electric Company back in 1950 and ran the business until 1984.  AMCO was one of the largest California Electrical contractors and helped build out the developing California Aerospace infrastructure and ballistic missile programs.

Brad Schilz Founded and ran Glow Electric from 1987 until 2005, at which time he turned over the company to Tyson. Brad now spends his days with Carole Schilz fly fishing and skiing in the Sierras. 

After taking over Glow Electric in 2005 from Brad & Carole Schilz, Tyson Schilz successfully operated the business as CEO until 2017 when G2.O was formed and Glow Electric was dissolved.

Our employees are OSHA 10 & 30 Certified. G2.0 key employees have STSC credentials. G2.0 employees are always training and keeping certifications current for confined space, lift operations, CPR/First Aid, Ladder Safety, Slip and fall, NFPA 70E, Lock out Tag Out and others.

Our goal is a accident free work place.

We strive in both, small business and commercial project needs. Our managers use iPads in the field to ensure quick and easy communication and paperwork. 

Since the use of iPads, we have become more environmentally friendly, eliminating the need for paper and saving more time.
